Demolition of the existing cinema complex and several existing line shops to allow for re-development of a portion of the mall, changing the layout for improved tenant accommodation.
The existing footprint was increased to allow more space for restaurants and entertainment and an additional feature entrance was added. Work was completed in a live mall environment within a very short timeline.
