Construction of a new pavement laboratory of approximately 1500m2 with half of the building consisting of double volume space and the second half comprising of two levels. Construction comprised of concrete structural frame, masonry external facade and internal divisions, steel roof construction, lift shaft and drive-through delivery yard.
