Project Description

Large scale refurbishment of Plein Park including new services infrastructure from basement to roof with new HVAC systems, fire protection and security upgrades. Works further include refurbishment of the main ground floor entrance lobby on Plein Street; renovation of floors 10-11 for the Truworths Group’s call centre and white box preparation of floors 12-16. A prominent feature is the new lightweight structural steel extension of the 10th floor and a wraparound curtain wall.
