Netcare Pholoso Hospital

Construction of a 3 level, 137-bed hospital over 15000 m²: 27 maternity beds, 14 neonatal ICU stations, delivery, C-section, trauma units and an X-ray division, as well as an 18-bed ICU, 25-bed medical and surgical wards, an oncology bunker, and 5 theatres and admin areas on the 1st floor. The structure comprises reinforced concrete columns and slabs, with timber roofs over the lift shafts, staircases and admin areas and a concrete flat roof over the rest of the building. Façades comprise a combination of semi-facebrick, plaster, paint and Marmoran.
