Project Description

Complete refurbishment of Kingsley Centre in the Pretoria CBD. Work includes extension to two levels of the basement over an area of some 18 512 m² as well as refurbishment of the retail mall, an area covering some 20 861 m². Work in the mall area comprises external façades, services, site services and complete external works. Offices on levels L2 to L12 covering an area of approximately
14 539 m² will also be refurbished.
