Complete internal and external refurbishment of existing public works offices over approximately 60 000 m² in the Pretoria CBD. Work included improvements to existing finishes, extensive restoration and construction of new elements: a new lecture hall and the addition of the minister’s suite of offices on level 7, link bridges and spiral staircases, glass enclosed light courts and the building of a tunnel structure from the basement into the main building.
