The construction at Palm Springs Shopping Centre consists of the demolition of existing tenants shops and re-working of new tenant shops including the construction of a 1800m2 Pick n Pay Anchor shop to the full Pick n Pay specification. It also includes the extension to existing ablution block including total new fitout to ablution block, the construction of a Taxi rank Office and ablution, new canopies to Taxi rank parking and a Facade upgrade.
