Saveways Crescent Shopping Centre

Works comprise repairs and renovations to the existing building including new floor and wall finishes, ceilings, upgrade to electrical, fire, mechanical and wet services infrastructure, new boundary walls and fence, upgrade to sewer and stormwater reticulation, and resurfacing external areas. The centre consists of a lower ground floor retail, ground floor retail and first and second floor offices.
